Special regulation on international participation
ROMANIAN RESPONSIBILITY
- Organizers will receive groups in Constanta on festival starting day of June 22, 2010.
- Day of departure from Constanta will be on June 27, 2010, in the morning.
- The organizers will provide accommodation, meals (at least 2-star hotel) and fuel for local transport (only for shows) during the festival for all participating groups. Not ensure subsistence.
- Participating groups will meet exactly the festival schedule. There will be a program of visiting touristic attractions in Constanta only at the request of participants.
RESPONSIBILITY OF INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
- The total number of members of each group will not be more than 25 people (30 in special cases). Only those groups of children and young people aged between 8 and 25 years will be admitted.
- Each group will bear the cost of transport to Constanta and back, also insurance and transport of the equipment.
- Advertising, information about group activities, photographs and any other material for publication will be sent to 45 days before the start of the festival.
- Participating groups will bring 4 national flags in international size and a CD with the national anthem.
- Participating groups will present artistic programs for 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour.
FESTIVAL ORGANIZERS
Association for Culture, Education and Tourism Constanta, City Hall Eforie, Mangalia City Hall, City Hall Albesti, media partners: TVR 2 Bucharest, T.V. Neptun, Radio Romania Antena Satelor, Radio Constanta and Radio Vacanta, organizes between 18 and 27 of June, 2010 the National and International Folklore Festival for Children and Young Interpreters "Dobroge, mandra gradina", the sixth edition will take place in the localities : EFORIE - MANGALIA - ALBESTI from Constanta County.
JURY
National Folklore Festival jury will consist of experts in the field of folklore and representatives of the organizing institutions.
International Folklore Festival jury for the competition section of MISS festival will consist of experts in the field from each participating countries and representatives of the organizing institutions. Jury president will be the president of A.C.I.T. Constanta - Ovidiu Rosca.
AWARDS
All participants at the National Festival of Folklore - Competition for Children and Young Interpreters "Dobroge, mandra gradina" will receive participation diplomas, cups, plates, badges, and will be awarded these prizes by age for each section of the competition as follows:
-1st place;
-2nd place;
-3rd place;
-2 special prizes.
Festival Trophy is awarded for each section of the competition.
The first 4 (four) folk groups from the National Folklore Festival - Competition winners in the Choreography section will participate at the International Festival of Folklore as representatives from Romania.
For the four Romanian ensembles the organizers will provide accommodation services on the entire period of the International Festival.
Depending on the contribution of sponsors, prizes can also be supplemented and the jury has discretion to redistribute or not to grant some awards.
